- To send you information you have asked for (consent, which you may withdraw at any time).

Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted service providers ("sub-processors") who help us run the site and our business, under contracts that require them to protect it and act only on our instructions. These currently include our website hosting and infrastructure provider, our analytics provider, and our email provider. We keep an up-to-date list of these providers and will share it on request. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
AI and your data
Creative Sauce AI builds AI systems, so we are deliberate about how AI touches personal data. We do not feed the personal data you submit through this website into AI models, and we do not use it to train them. When we build AI systems for clients, any personal data involved is handled under a separate data processing agreement, and only through providers who are contractually bound to protect it and not to train their models on it. If you would like to understand how a particular project handles data, just ask.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and contact data only as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
